Getting Started With Cubase LE 4
Working with Cubase LE 4 is similar to working with Pro Tools or any other audio recording software. Alot of times you will hear certain names that are more familiar but the key is whatever your using do your best to perfect it. After purchasing Cubase LE 4 you will get a CD to insert into your cd drive to install its software. Simply follow the on screen instructions. You should also have some type hardware. For example a Tascam US-144, which is a sound card for Cubase to work properly. It should have a CD also. After getting everything install you will be then ready to start using Cubase but don't expect to sound great at first. On this blog I will be updating it with useful information to help you become a better Cubase LE 4 user. If you have questions or you simply want to give some helpful information feel free.

ReplyDeleteToday I would like to type about starting a new project in Cubase LE 4. After double clicking the icon on your desktop or wherever you have the short cut icon saved and Cubase opens, you will have to go to file and select new or new project. After that you must add the amount of tracks you want to use. You can add like 4 if you want and just add tracks as you go along also. You add a track by going File or one of the other links at the top of Cubase and look for add audio track. You can also right click on the solid gray verticle bar on the left side of cubase and select add audio track. Once you select add audio track another window will open asking how many. Simply input the amount of tracks not exceeding 48 as this is the max amount of tracks that can be added. After selecting the amount of tracks and click ok you are now ready to start recording!
